Her compositions include choral and instrumental pieces, children's music, church music, film and television theme music and soundtracks, and music for theatre. Performances include the choral piece 'Be My Love', sung by Bristol University Singers, and 'Cosmic Death' for soprano and 17 solo strings, which Nicola sang with the Chamber Orchestra of Cambridge.
Nicola is musical co-writer and arranger of the children's stage musical
"Little Worth", a modern fairy tale set in Bristol devised by James Trotham.
The show was performed at the Edinburgh Fringe 2001 by children from Wells
Cathedral Junior School. She is scoring the show for full orchestra
